Condensed Milk Ice Cream

Ingredients:
  • 1 tin Condensed Milk
  • 1 tin Ideal Milk
  • 1 cup Cream
  • 1 pod Vanilla

Method:
  1. Slice your vanilla pod in half and with the back of your knife take out all the seeds. Add this to your cream. Whip the cream until stiff peaks form.
  2. Whip your ideal milk until it starts to thicken.
  3. Combine your cream, ideal milk and condensed milk. Whisk it all together until fully incorporated.
  4. Place your mixture in quite a large bowl inside your freezer. Whisk every 30 minutes until set.

Drizzle some chocolate sauce in a milkshake glass. Pour in the milkshake. Top with whipped cream, and some pieces of the Cadbury Dairy Milk Covered Oreos.

Almond and Honey Brittle Ingredients 1/4 cup almond oil 4 cups sliced blanched almonds 2 cups sugar 1 cup honey 1/4 cup water Method Preheat the oven to 204C. Grease a baking sheet with the almond oil. Place the almonds on a separate baking sheet and toast them in the oven until light golden brown, about 5 minutes. Set aside. In a medium, very heavy-bottomed saucepan, combine the sugar, honey, and water and cook over medium-high heat until the sugar liquefies, then turns light golden brown, 15 to 20 minutes.
