CHOCOLATE SPRING ROLLS

Ingredients
  • Chinese spring roll wrappers
  • 300g dark Top Deck cut into chunks
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten

Method
  1. Place small chunks of chocolate diagonally from the corner of 1 wrapper.
  2. Fold in sides and roll up as tightly as possible. Seal edge with beaten egg.
  3. Place on wax paper and freeze until ready to use.
  4. Heat sunflower oil in a small pot or pan. Fry very quickly until golden. Drain on
  5. paper towels.

WHITE CHOCOLATE SAUCE
  • 100g white chocolate
  • ¼ cup milk
  • ¼ cup cold water

  1. Melt chocolate with milk and water and set aside until ready to use.
  2. Serve spring rolls with white chocolate sauce.

Cinnamon Coffee Cake Ingredients Cake Batter 3/4 cup (150g) sugar 1/4 cup (1/2 stick or 60g) soft butter or margarine 1 egg 1/2 cup (120 ml) milk 1 1/2 cups (190g) flour 2 teaspoons baking powder 1/2 teaspoon salt Filling 1/2 cup (110g) brown sugar, packed 2 tablespoons flour 1 to 2 teaspoons cinnamon 2 tablespoons (30g) butter or margarine Method Preheat oven to 350ºF or 180ºC.
